The Senior Class of 2024 raised a staggering $23,000 for Cancer Council Queensland Ponytail Project at The Cathedral College's first 'Rock the Chop' event.
This was their initiative to show support and to help make a difference for loved ones in our community who live with Cancer.
About 30 purple-caped Seniors fronted the TCC Barber shop trusting friends and professionals with their much-loved locks.
Ponytails were lopped and curls shorn before the whole community, who supported the brave and generous students with donations amassing $23,000.
Sporting new short length bobs and closely cropped styles students beamed.
It was a generous parting gift the whole Senior Class got behind and the College couldn’t be prouder !
