Curriculum

Overview

Through the delivery of its curriculum, The Cathedral College provides students with opportunities to develop their academic potential to be and to become reflective and self-directed learners with a willingness to engage in life-long and life-wide learning.

The diversity of the curriculum allows students to select academic pathways which lead to university entry, traineeships, apprenticeships or the workforce.

Students are supported in their learning through the provision of an effective transition program into the Middle School with its core class system, and through course selection advice and student support as they move into and through the Senior School. The Curriculum Support Centre also provides valuable assistance to students who face particular learning difficulties.
