Congratulations to the students who were awarded major prizes at the recent eisteddfod. Lachlan Alexander, Year 7, received a bursary and was named the Most Promising Boy Vocalist under 12 years. Lachlan is a student of our vocal teacher here at TCC, Miss Hack. Year 8 student Kirby Richardson received three dance aggregate awards, the highest marks in any Waltz Tap solo and won the Most Outstanding National Dancer of the Eisteddfod award. Year 12 student Taliah Edwards was one of the major prize winners in the dance section.  She won two aggregate trophies, received the highest marks across three dance forms and was named the Most Artistic dancer in both Classical and Contemporary sections.  Congratulations Lachlan and Kirby and Taliah.

Many thanks to the students in the Music Ministry Group who led the congregation in song at the TCC/Parish Mass on Saturday evening. The psalm was prayerfully sung by Lachlan Andersen.

An hour of delightful Chamber Music was enjoyed by an appreciative audience on Sunday afternoon.  Congratulations to the string, vocal and piano students who performed.  Thank you to Dr Hall and Mrs Lyn Anstey (piano teacher at TCC) for their musical efforts with the performing students.
